Offences and penalties
24(1)A person commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category F offence who
(a)
obstructs the Minister, a municipality, a committee established under this Act or any person in the performance of any action, matter or thing authorized by this Act, or
(b)
violates or fails to comply with a direction, order or requirement made under this Act or the regulations.
24(2)A person who violates or fails to comply with a provision of the regulations commits an offence punishable under Part 2 of the
Provincial Offences Procedure Act as a category B offence.
